Data Storage Institute (DSI) is a member of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR). Established in 1992 as the Magnetics Technology Centre (MTC), it was renamed Data Storage Institute in 1996. DSI's vision is to be a vital node in a global community of knowledge generation and innovation, nurturing research talents and capabilities for world-class R&D in next generation storage technologies. DSI is a member of the non-profit Information Storage Industry Consortium (INSIC) of USA and a member of Storage Networking Industry Association-South Asia (SNIA-SA). |  |

Established in Singapore since January 1990, TeleScience became a part of Singapore Computer System (SCS) Ltd in 1995 when the latter acquired a 50% ownership. SCS is a leading system integrator in the Infocommunication Technology (ICT) industry. This mutually beneficial relationship has further enhanced TeleScience's position as a leading System Integrator for high value turnkey projects in the ICT industry, especially in the telecommunication sector. |
